Details
Preparation can make the difference between a planning application/representation succeeding or not. Whether initial advice is needed at all depends on the nature of the planning problem/opportunity. It may be recommended where there is some uncertainty concerning what the problem is and therefore what planning work is involved. Preliminary work may be needed where there is already a lengthy planning history or where multiple planning projects are involved. The firm also provides planning surgeries offsite for firms including but not limited to estate/land agents.
